The following options are available to our customers who need to return or exchange and Mevo Products.
We are here to provide help and assistance with your Mevo experience.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from mevo.com
If you purchased your Mevo product(s) from a third party retailer (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy, B&H), you must return the product(s) to that retailer. If purchased from a third party, and within warranty period of third party’s policy, you should still contact that party directly.
